• recruitment data and contents of submitted  CVs.

AdHire acquires personal data from you, for example the data you provide to us via the website, email, telephone or applicant portal. In addition, AdHire may acquire your personal data via third parties within the framework of our service provision.
 

How long we keep your data
AdHire does not process your personal data any longer than is necessary for the goals that it has stated in this privacy statement. This means that your personal data are kept for as long as they are required to achieve the goals concerned. Certain data will be kept longer because Adhire needs to meet legal data retention requirements, such as the tax retention requirement.

Retention period for selection process applicant data is 12 months.
